This fund was set up jointly in July 2000 by Shanghai Enterprise Investment Co., Ltd, Shanghai PuDong Technology Investment Co., Ltd, Shanghai ZhangJiang(Group) Co.,Ltd, Shanghai LuJiaZhui Trade Zone Exploration Shareholding Co.,Ltd with a fund scale of RMB165million. In the past four years, under the leadership of Ms.Dai Yan Ling, the management team made full play of its industrial group advantage -“focusing on ZhangJiang” and an excellent business establishment environment in which encourages innovation and can accept failure with a tolerant attitude. They made investment in more than 30 high tech enterprises, creating fine returns for the company. From Jan 2004, this fund as well as its invested projects has been formally entrusted to Ding Jia Co to manage with 10 years entrustment period.
